The Rosewood Centre is proud to be part of the newly opened Evolve Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub in Charlestown.
Launched last week, the Hub aims to improve access to mental health support across Lake Macquarie and Newcastle.
As part of this unique partnership with the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle Suicide Prevention Network, The Rosewood Centre will offer its mental health services onsite.
“This collaborative model brings together a range of professionals under one roof to provide timely, coordinated support for individuals experiencing distress – before they reach crisis point,” Kelly Pavan, Executive Manager at The Rosewood Centre said.
This move ensures people in need can access expert care more quickly, with the benefit of integrated support from a network of professionals working side by side.
“Our team is here to provide compassionate, professional care in a safe and supportive environment,” Kelly said.
“We’re proud to be part of this vital new initiative and to be delivering care in such a welcoming, community-focused space.”.
