Kelly Pavan
Psychologist/Manager of Clinical Services
Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology Hons.) from the University of Newcastle in 2002, and in 2008 completed Attachment-Based Therapy studies at the Tavistock Clinic in London.
Over the last 20 years, Kelly has worked in a range of community and private clinical settings in Australia and the United Kingdom, with clients across the lifespan. Across these roles, she has managed mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders, domestic violence, family and relationships, work-related issues, and the challenges of managing the daily complexities of everyday life.
Kelly uses treatment models tailored to client needs, personality, and preference; including, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Neurofeedback, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and has extensive experience in vocational coaching and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). She is also an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Psychology Board Approved Supervisor.
