Kelly Pavan
Psychologist/Executive Manager
Kelly is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience working across clinical and leadership roles in government, community, and private settings both in Australia and the UK. She holds a BA Psych (Hons) from the University of Newcastle and has completed postgraduate training in Attachment-Based Therapy at the Tavistock Clinic in London.
Kelly brings a diverse skill set to her practice, with additional training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT and TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Neurofeedback, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Couples Therapy.
As a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, Kelly is passionate about supporting individuals, families, and organisations. She has extensive experience in managing corporate relationships, delivering corporate training, and providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. Kelly also works with clients across the lifespan and has clinical interests in mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders, family and relationship issues, and more.
