Kassandra Reed

Kassandra completed a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Newcastle in 2013.
She has worked therapeutically with individuals across the lifespan. Kassandra has experience managing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, interpersonal challenges, grief and loss, complex trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and challenging behaviours.
She uses a person-centred approach based on the needs and preferences of the people she supports; including, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Neurofeedback, and Mindfulness-based approaches. Kassandra also has training in cognitive, personality, and behavioural assessments.
She is passionate about empowering her clients to make changes and equipping them with the tools and skills needed to face challenging situations in the future.
