Kassandra Reed

Kassandra completed a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Newcastle in 2013.
She has worked therapeutically with individuals across the lifespan. Kassandra has experience managing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, interpersonal challenges, grief and loss, complex trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, challenging behaviours and couples therapy.
She uses a person-centred approach based on the needs and preferences of the people she supports; including, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Relational Integrative - Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (RI-EMDR), Neurofeedback, mindfulness-based approaches and supports couples using a Gottman Therapy approach. Kassandra also has training in cognitive, personality, and behavioural assessments.
She is passionate about empowering her clients to make changes and equipping them with the tools and skills needed to face challenging situations in the future.
