Isabella Nielsen
Isabella comes to The Rosewood Centre with a background in Counselling and Criminology, and has previous experience working within the disability and mental health sector. Isabella focuses on using person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to develop quality, individualised support plans for people living with complex needs. Isabella is passionate about understanding human behaviour and the functions of those behaviours to achieve high quality support strategies that focus on mitigating risk and the impacts of challenging behaviours whilst increasing independence, social skills, emotional regulation, and overall quality of life. Isabella’s areas of interest include autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, developmental trauma, complex trauma, and anxiety.
