Claire has spent the last decade supporting people with developmental, psychosocial, and complex disabilities across a range of human service sectors. She is particularly passionate about comprehensive behaviour support and understanding the broad range of factors that may be influencing and maintaining behaviours of concern. Claire is highly skilled in behavioural assessments and building tailored behaviour support plans for individuals and families. She has a strong commitment to person-centred, strengths based practice and supporting individuals and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Her clinical interests include trauma-informed care, skills development, and how specific health conditions may influence a person’s behaviour.
