Claire Bullen
Claire graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons, I) in 2014. She is provisionally registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is an associate member of the Australia Psychological Society (APS).
Claire enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience in supporting various life challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger, relationship problems, and interpersonal difficulties. Claire utilises elements from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.
Claire believes in celebrating the strengths and uniqueness of each client, adopting a person-centred approach in providing tailored individual support. She strives to provide a safe and supportive environment, working collaboratively with clients to explore their issues and empower them to make positive changes along their individual life journey.
