Chloe completed her Psychology degree at the University of Newcastle in 2011. She has a warm, personable approach and is passionate about health and wellbeing in all its forms. She is experienced in working with people of all ages, and across a range of problems including depression, anxiety, grief, workplace stress, relationship issues, adoption, and trauma.

Chloe will create the most appropriate treatment plan based on the individual’s needs. Her approach is holistic and her main treatment modalities are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches. She also uses elements of Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. Chloe welcomes the opportunity to work with you and assist you in reaching your goals.
