Julianna completed a Bachelor of Psychology in 2014 from the University of Newcastle.
Julianna has experience providing assessments and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. Before working at The Rosewood Centre, Julianna worked in residential and non-residential settings with individuals struggling with alcohol and/or substance misuse and mental health issues.
She has experience working with various mental health problems including, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, addiction, schizophrenia, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, complex trauma, and work-related issues.
Julianna uses a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Remediation Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She also used Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused, and Mindfulness-based approaches.
Julianna enjoys working with people of all age groups and embraces the uniqueness of each client. She is passionate about helping her clients recognise their potential, achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
